The Australia Awards Scholarships (AAS), funded by the Australian Government’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), are prestigious, fully funded opportunities for students from eligible developing countries to pursue Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD programs at leading Australian universities and institutions.
In DFAT awarded 1,151 scholarships to outstanding individuals. There is no application fee, and awardees can remain in Australia for up to two years after completing their program to gain additional experience before returning to their home country.
