✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a citizen of an MTCP-recipient country.

• Age limit: Not more than 45 years old at the time of application.

• Academic qualification: Minimum Second Class Upper (Honours) degree or CGPA of 3.5 or equivalent at undergraduate level.

• Good command of the English language (IELTS/TOEFL not mandatory but proof of proficiency required).

• Physically and mentally fit.
• Must have received an offer letter from a Malaysian university for a Master’s program.
