✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a citizen of a foreign country (non-Indian)
• Age limits:
  • UG: 18–30 years
  • PG / M.Phil. / Ph.D: up to 35 years
• Strong academic background
• English language proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL certificate or medium of instruction proof)
• Not already enrolled in an Indian institution under another scholarship

  • Register with the FRRO (Foreigners Regional Registration Office)
  • Obtain a Residence Permit
  • Open a State Bank of India (SBI) bank account for stipend disbursement
