🇨🇳 China Student Visa (X1) Application Guide

✨ Studying in China is a great opportunity for Bangladeshi students. With proper preparation and confidence, the visa process is smooth and stress-free.

🔰 Step 1: Online Visa Application Form

Create an account and log in to the China Visa Application Portal.
- Visa Type: X1 (Student Visa)
- Entry Type: Single Entry
- Visa Fee: 6,890 BDT (cash payment)
Click on Start Application and fill in all required details. Upload the necessary documents:
- Passport-size photo (33×48 mm)
- Passport scan copy
- JW202/201 Form
- Admission Notice
- Bank Statement (only for students without a full scholarship)

➡️ After submission, download the PDF copy of your application. Your status will show as “Under Review.”

✅ Once the review is complete, you will receive an email stating: “Video interview to be scheduled.” You can then select your interview date and time.

🔰 Step 2: Embassy Interview Experience

On your scheduled date, visit the Chinese Embassy in Dhaka. The guard will guide you through the process. Take a serial and wait for your turn.

The interview usually takes less than 5 minute with very simple questions such as:

Where are you going?
Which major will you study?
Did you receive a scholarship?
Who will fund your studies?

➡️ Answer confidently and politely. After the interview, your passport will be returned, and you will receive an Approved Mail in PDF format via email.

🔰 Step 3: Submitting Passport at Visa Center (Banani)

Once approved, print the PDF and go to the China Visa Application Service Center (Banani, Dhaka):

At the center, follow these steps:

Provide your fingerprints
Take a photo
Submit required documents

Bank Statement (if not on full scholarship)

Optional (but recommended) Documents:

Academic certificates
Police clearance certificate
Medical form

You will receive a delivery slip mentioning the date to collect your passport.
